The foreign political aspects of the Moscow Trotskyist trial are stressed in the press here. It can- not be denied, says the "Deutsche Allegemaine Zeitung" that the trial

is a milestone in the history of Eastern Europe. The entire mag- ing of the trial permits the con- slusion that the battle for power
