Following his formal installation as supreme nationalist leader, General Franco is reported to have established his new headquar- ters at Talavera, 15 miles from Toledo, where he is rapidly assem- bling his troops to attack Madrid. According to an insurgent broad- cast 150.000 troops and 150 bombers in addition to cavalry and artillery will be employed in the assault.
