The Government's Bii providing for reduction of excess capacity in the spinning section of the cot- ton industry has been issued, The Bill gives effect, with few excep- tions, to the proposals of the com- mittee set up by the Federation of Master Cotton Spinners Associa- tions, which were later approved by a large majority of master spinners.
