Hands and finger nails require careful treatment at this season of the year. Spring hats are taking definite shape and colours, too, are more decided. Line is most important, and proportions are certainly im- proved. The high crown has de- scended; brims clearly make for e forward movement. This is the dewest note in millinery, and one which will clearly distinguish new purchases from last year's models..
