Applications may be made:
(a) personally,
(b) by messenger.
(c) by post.
It is essential under (c) and preferable under (a) and (b) that applications should be accompanied by crossed cheque payable to Hongkong Government. The now licence will then be sent by post or messenger as soon as it is ready. Where actual cash is tendered a new licence should be received in exchange before leaving the Licensing Office.
