"It is essential under, (c) and preferable under (a) and ( that applications should be accompanied by crossed cheque payabza to Hongkong Government. The new licence will then be sent by post or messenger as soon as it is ready. Where actual en is tendered a new licence should be received in exchange before leaving the Licensing Office.
In the case of renewal the old licence should be returned with the application.
