Cotton: The market was a dull affair today, but the tone was steady and some price fixing occurred, while offerings were limited..
Silver: Opened easy, doubtless on the lower Sterling exchange.. There was good bidding for December option, but only two lots were said. Towards the close the market falt the influence of short covering by a ring of speculators... Business Done; 340,000 shares.
