Provisional Identification. From the quiet dress of the dead man and from the spelling of the word "Crighton and the fact that the corpec, despite rapid changes due to the warm weather, did not appear to be that of a young man, inquiries were made regarding the whereabouts of Mr. Percy Crighton, member of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and until recently resident at Rivers Court Apartments, 753 Yu Yuen Road.

Apparently Mr. Crighton had teen missing for over two days.

He was seen at the Shanghai Race Club of Monday evening he went out before dinner, leaving his het behind, and never returned.

Yesterday evening provisional identification of the body as that of Mr. Percy Crighton was made by a member of the family, and the. inquest will be opened this morn- ing by the Registrar (Mr. C. H. Haines) of H.M. Police Court, with formal identification at the Public Mortuary.
