A policeman was on the stoop of 312 River Street when Moonglow arrived. There seemed to be the scent of wood smoke in the air.

"I can imagine," he answered. "Well Don't you think I'm st tractive?"
"No, I think you're an utterly spoiled young woman. You'll pro- bably never be completely happy until some man kicks the devil out of you."
As he spoke, Jay smiled inward- ly. In reality he was desperately in love with Nasa. She stared at him, amazed. Then controlling her anger, she asked.
Where are we going"
"You wanted to go slumming. I've picked out a place where only wild poets and anarchists eat. Pretty tough. We'll get back about ten."
Nasa smiled sweetly...
"You'll be able to get up early in the morning and look for a new job then. You're fired."
As she spoke, the car drew up at their destination. It lived up to promises.
Catcalls and hoote greeted the newcomers, as the shabby crowd of diners spied their expensive clothes. "Frightened," asked Jay as they seated themselves.
"I'm from Texas," she smiled. Then to the tough waiter, "What's your specialty here, raw pig-iron "

FACE IN THE SKY
STARTING WEDNESDAY
10TH
"Face in the sky," the Spencer Tracy Marion Nixon, Stuart Erwin feature from Fox Films which comes to the King's Theatre next Wednesday, is one of the most de lightful screen productions of this ronson. Whimsical, always sharm- ing, this tale of a travelling aign- board artists romance with a little wistful country girl, offers a brand new form of entertainment to local picture goers, and one that will be widely appreciated.
Tracy reveals a hitherto unsue- pected flair for delicate and sincere love making, and adds to his bois-1 terous teaming with Erwin in the comedy scenes.
Miss Nixon is compelling in her part and Sarah Padden, and Sam Hardy furnish notable support. "
"Face in the Sky" is a pictorial delight and a noteworthy film.
