Anna Neagle, whose first screen appearance in "Good Night Vienna" marked her as a potential star, plays with Henry Edwards in "The Flag Lieutenant and supplies the romance, Miss Neagle, a blonde of the purest type and delightfully English in appearance, hae in this picture a role which does not make great demands upon her.
