JAPANESE GENERAL'S SON SENTENCED

Tokyo, Feb. 8-Tokuma Utsuno miya, the son of the late General Taro Utsunomiya, was sentenced to two years' penal servitude, with stay of execution of sentence for three years in the Tokyo : Chiko Saibaasho yesterday. He stood charge with lese majeste, and a violation of the Peace Preservation Law. Being the son of a distingul shed officer, the nature of his crime had been kept strictly secret until his public trial,
