Shanghai, Jan. 21-As the re sult of a collision on the Yangtze, near
Chinkiang, last Saturday. morning, the Chinese steamers, the San Peh Steamship Co.'s Fulung, and the Tung Ho, belonging to the Ho Feng Steamship Co., are lying in local dockyards for necessary repairs. Heavy fog and snowfall which were responsible for the in- terruption of local shipping, scho dules during the last several days, are held as the main cause of the accident,
