NANKING, June 13... There were no startling develop- ments at the Central Excoutive Council's plenary session which opened this morning according to schedule.
Yu Yu Jea, the chairman, em phasized the necessity of suppress ing Communists and bandita, and of caforcing the decisions of the People's Convention,
The session is rushing through the agenda so as to enable Chiang Kai Shok to leave as soon as pos. sible to direct the anti-Communist campaign. The Generalissimo will probably leave Nanking on Wednes day, but his destination has not been divulged.
