RECREIO DROP, TWO POINTS AGAINST CRAIGENGOWER.
GOOD -ALL ROUND DISPLAY BY LIEUT, MUSSON AND R. SOURBUTTS,
There was only one match in each division, of the Cricket league over the weekend. The senior fixture resulted in a win for the Royal Artillery over the Royal Navy and it must be mon- tioned that the good all-round display by Lieut. A. H. Musso11 was largely responsible for the gunners' success.
In the cond' division, Club de Recreio dropped two valuable points in their game with the Craigengower seconds who did very well to force a draw ngainst the strong Portuguese team.
The H.K.C.C.. and I.R.C. team-first and second-met in friendly fixtures, and incidentally those games resulted in the way they did when these Clubs played off dicir league matches earlier in the season the first eleven game ending in a drag and the second in a win for the Indians, Thero was une other friendly in which the University scored an easy win over the Craigengower Cricket Club. ̧
