Whereas the Loh Hwn Football Team is an amateur tean and its players are generally, of Chinos Nationality, whereas the China National Amateur Athletic Federa- tion has under its jurisdiction the control of all amateur sports, and whereas certain charges have been nade in regard, to the amateur standing of the Lah Hwa players, therefore be it resolved that tho Board of Directors of the Ch'na National Amateur Athletic Fodera- tion appoints a special commission to investigate into this matter.

1.-Creation of Commission: The Commission was croated by the Board of Directors of the China National Amateur Athletic Federation.

Conclusions.

1.Under the amateur rules of the Far Eastern Athletic Associa tion (ses pago 17 of the Ninth Fer Easters Championship Games Oil- einl Report by the China National Amateur Athletic Federation) and under the amateur rales of tho Federation Internationale de Foot- tall Association, the Commission failed to find that this players have violated any of the amateur. rules.

2. The Commission suggests that arr. H. C. Yui be requested to sub- mis his Anancial repont to the Loh Hwa Athletic Club at the cariest possible moment.

Suggestions.

1.-The Commission suggests that a special committee be ap pointed by the China National Amateur Athletic Fedoration to study the whole quration of anta- teur rubs governing Chinese ama teur sports.

2.-The Commission further sug- gents that it should be made known to the public that any team or teams making a tour in foreign countries in the future must apply for permission from the Federa tion.

Failing to observe this re- quirement will subject the deam pr teams to severe investigation. «
