Goods not cleared by the 3rd August, 1930, at Noon, will be subject to feat. All broken, chafed and damaged Packages are to be left in the Godowns where they will be examined in the presence of Consignees by Messrs. Goddard & Dougins, on 2nd August, 1930, at 10 am. Claims against the Vessel including those, for Cargo short delivered must be presented, on the Special Form provided, and must also be submitted within 30 days of arrivals otherwise they will not be recognized
