(1) That the Provisional Court be abolished at the time when the, Repdition Agreement expires and made a branch of the Shanghai District Court to deal with "the civil and criminal enses arising in the International Settlement of Shanghai;

(2) That, after the abolition of the Provisional Court of Appeals. all appeal cases be dealt with by the Kiangsu Supreme Court or by the Cours specially established in the Chinese territory of Shanghai;

(3) That no-consula.or consular deputies be permitted to watch the cases and no asscssors be permitted to sit with the Judges in the new court;
