CLOSE RACE IN THE SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP,

CRAIGENGOWER AND CIVIL SERVICE IN DEAD HEAT,

KOWLOON DOCK BEATEN.

Civil Service and Craigengewer won their lawn bowls matches on Saturday and stand together in the race for the senior cham- pionship. Kowloon Dock were beaten by the latter and dropped to fifth place, but they must still be reckoned with, as there are five aatches left. Kowloon Bowling Green and Recreio are two points behind the twa leaders with a match in hand.

Further progress was raade by Civil Service juniors, who are now fikely to finish on top. Their closest rivals are Craigengower, who have played a match less and are four points behind. RESULTS AT A GLANCE.
