Nerve - Strength

in hot climates

"I am stronger than ever before," wrote a Sanatogen-user, after having taken this preparation for a time.

A bot climate has made many a man a nervous wreck. Remember, however, that you can be strong and full of energy, if you take Sanatogen regularly,

Sanatogen by the power of its constituents- albumin and phosphorus-infuses into the cells of nerves, blood and body, exactly those elements which build up nerve strength lastingly.

Prof Mann, formerly of Oxford University, wrote in

The Lancet:

The industry at this transient stage be- tween lifting of restriction and the absorption of the surplus stocks which remain on the estatea would be best served by a syndicate or agency, to which control is Kanded over of only the unsold surplus stocks, to be marketed without publishing particulars. It would act as a buffer until regular supply and demand take their course.

The sketch is one of these new evening coata, B really gorgeous affair composed of supple silver hume, silver lace, pale grey érmine and diamond buttons, the latter rimmed with aligree silver.

Note the fact that fur appears only on the bell sleeves: Tone on collar or hem, the effect is distinctly chic. The whole of the bell sleeve of the wrap in question, from elbow down, is composed of soft ermine lined with silver lace...

These are ensemble coats even when made of a different material from the dress; that is to say, they are specially designed to go with some particular dress and to supply it with an unexpected note of colour, or brilliancy.

Hand-Painted Designs.

I have seen effective coats of this order made of metallic net worked aver in part with beads and paillettes; other models have foundation of chiffon, with hand- painted designs in vivid colours, heightened here and there by the in troduction of tiny paillettes and strass beads. WOMEN IN ITALY. SCHOOLS OF DOMESTIC ECONOMY.

www

Schools of domestic economy are to be opened in all Italian factories and workshops of a certain size en ploying women.

Although this obligation on pro- prietors of factories and workshops is not yet n Government decree, it ia law to all intents, since it comes in the form of an order to all em- ployers inscribed in the Fascist Party, which is in effect practically to all employers.

Signor. Turati's order is a direct result of the Congress of Domestic Economy held in Rome last year. His recent order was one of the resolutions of the Congress, and it will doubtless become a Government decrea in due course.

Employers are invited to open at their own expense in their fac taries, Dr near them, properly equipped schools of domestic economy, and provide them with specialized instructors.

Work is to be carried on in the schools during ordinary working hours, and is to be paid for by the employers in the same way and at the same rates as the regular work done by the women. All the women employed in the factories will take their turn to attend the classes of domestic economy..
