The manual dinner of the Institution of Engineers and Ship- Builders of Hong Kong took place tast night at the institution's premises in King's Buldog, Exoquent speccbes were made by. H.E. the Governor (Sir Cecil Clementi, K.C.M.G.) and Mr. W. JA Hill, the President of the Institution, while Mr. R. C. Tredwell, the Amercan Consul-General, also replied in very happy vein for the visitors whose health had been proposed by dir. J. Ormiston. Nearly a hundred gueste were present.
