WASHINGTON, Sept, 4th. Advices have been received and confirmed to the effect that the Guartemalan Government has.can- celled the risgistry of a vessel call ed the Federal Ship, and this vessel, therefore, at present ranks as a pirate subject to seizure by any. Government which believes that the vessel ie engaged in conspiracy of any kind
The Federal Ship was registered with Guatemalan officials after a seizure in San Francisco Inst June, at which point she was flying the Panuma lag.
The Federal Ship is at present bound for the Pacific coast, pre- sumably carrying a valuable cargo of liquors which was loaded at Tahiti from a cache left by a sister
