The story of a man's jealousy w told at the inquest on Mrs. Sohia Alexandra Ramsay, who was found murdered at the Chinese Lautern, Cafe, Broadstairs..
A verdict of Wilful Murder Wis -returned against Charles Robin son, who assisted Mrs. Ramsay, in the management of the cafe, Robinson who was 50 and was separated from his wife, had been nurse to Mrs. Ramsay's husband, formerly an officer in the Royal Air Force, whose health was shattered as the result of a crash during the
WAP.
I was disclosed that Robinson, who was found dying from poison had tried to prevent Mrs. Ramsay from going to dances and had: threatened to kill her if she did not comply with his wishes.

DEPARTURES IN EXCESS OVER ARRIVALS.
After strady influx of Chinese into the Colony during the last few mouths, due to the troubles in China, it now appears that a halt has been called.
For the first time during the last three months the weekly returns sup piird be the Harbour Authorities showed that the mutaber of Chinese leaving the Colony was in excess of the muinber arriving.
The number in excess was very small-only 1,310-as compared with the previous excess of arrivals over departures. The Calony still hus about 50,004 Chinese more than she had a few months ago.

Robinson's Bad Temper. Mes. Heilgers, mother of Mrs Rainsay, said she last saw daughter alive at 11 o'clock on the Tuesday morning at the cafe. Mrs. Hamsay mentioned that Robinson was in one of his bad tempers. Mrs. Ramsay said she would be home a little after nine.
