BRITISH CARGOES VERY LOW, LOCAL AND STRAITS NEWS,

British vessels, although number- ing warly half the arrivals for the twenty-four hours ended at 9am. yesterday, did not contribute a great deal to the freight imported Ento the Colony, or to that enrried There were, only two through, fewer arrivals than on the previous lay, but there was a big drup in the freight, especially with regard te through cargoes.
