The returns made by the vessels arriving here during the 24 hours onded at 9 am yesterday showed that freights both for Hong Kong and for porta beyond had decreas ed The number of arrivals was also slightly below the normai,,
Of the eleven arrivals, only eight discharged here. The total amount of general cargo landed was 6,771 tons of which 3,078 tons were from two British ehips.
The two best returns were 2.200 tons and 1,735 tous, The former Mure unloaded from the As Chengt (British) from Saigon, And the
