"In the second half, the home team played up strongly, but the College goalie, Gaido had a charmed life. A brilliant run by Ward enabled him to give the College a two goals lead. Kowloon netted once, Eastman being the marksman.`

In this game on the Garrison ground, the Athletic woh by a goal to nil? The same attracted a large crowd of Chinese but the Reserves played much below their opponents. St. Joseph's Reservės r. Bank, The College Reserves maintained their position at the head of the division table by a win over the Bank by five goals to one. The Reserves forwards were in good shooting form each scoring a goal. Franco scored for the Bank.
Moslem Club v. China Athletic " A.** The Moslem Club are still in the run- ning for division honours and the Athletic paid the penalty for their escapade Tast week for which players were suspended. The Moslem Club won by two goals toil, Boosain and Mahommed having scored.
Kowloon . Hong Kong Club. This local derby " was played on the Railway ground at Kowloon between the above Clubs, the vizitora winning by two clear goals Gerrard took Yalentine's place for the Club and scored the opening goal. Kowloon made several changes in the team, Muir and Miles being on the left with Hayes leading the attack Wheeler was at back and Duncan replaced Pascoe at left half. The E.Q.S.B.'s had Me- Clinchey absent through injuries but Hume did well in his place. Craig re- placed the Rev. Alexander on the K.O.S.B.'s left wing Among the Navy forwards, King was to the fore and with better combination they would have prob- ably scored before the K.O.S.B.'s settled down. Avery defended his goal very steadily. Clark was also good in the Tamar defence and Barham did well at centre ball for the K.O.S.B.'s. Davey' scored the first goal running through the defence and placing the ball well out of Avery's reach. Half-time: K.O.S.B.', 2; Tamar, 0.**.

China Athletic v. Polica.
The Police against the strong China Athletic team took a point as the result of a hard fought game The Athletic played, better football but the Police deserved their point for the way they stuck to their task. The Athletic had Wong Shui Wa again at centre-half. Many Chinese onlookers were thers and when Buen Kum Shun opened the score the Valley rang with cheers. The Athletic put on pressure but Wynne, Sherry and Clarke defended well. The Police several times worked towards the Athletic goal but their forwards were slow and the nippy backs cleared. "At the interval, the Athletic were leading by a goal to 'nil.
From the restart, the Athletic worried the Police defence bat Clarke cleared. The exchanges turned to the rough side for a time but the players never got out of hand. Then the Police levelled up through Oram who received well out and lobbed the ball goalwards Pau Ka Pind, thinking the ball was going over the baz, made an attempt to clear. The Police went out for the lead but their shooting was, weak and the final, score was one goal all.
