BIG DECREASE IN FREIGHT.
SMALLER RETURNS.

With regard to freight for ports beyond Hongkong, there was decrease recorded was 20,000 tons, there Later were only two returns of note. arrivals yesterday gave an indication of better returns for this morning's state- ment, but nothing particularly good in the way of figures.
