7-Clauses 7, 9, 9 and 10 increase to 8100 the maximum fines under sections 25, 98, 97 and 25 of the principal Ordia- acce. The present maxime of $5 and $10 seem much too smal-for-some of the offences, which inelude wilful obstruction of the company's servants, destruction of the property of the company, acting in such a manner as to endanger the lives of persons travelling on the tram- way; and attempting to avoid payment Wof the legal fare.
