EDINBURGH, April 7th. In Glasgow and the West Country people are again raising the ery of Scot land being in danger from the emigration of the Scots and the influx of the Irish. At the Glasgow Business Clab, for instantes, it was pointed out that Scottish people are migrating at the rate of 80,000 year, while the country is receiving in- camers from the Irish Free State at the rate of 9.000 a year.
The result is a gradual approach all Fover the south-west of Scotland towards Irish predominance, and antess dras tic measures were taken to safeguard the Scottish race in their native land, with,
