Yesterday's shipping statement show ed a slight reduction in the number of arrivals, and a big drop in Hongkong enrgo, namely six thousand tons, with eight tons less freight for ports beyond compared with previous day entries Of the carga entered, however, all but 280 tons were carried in British vessels, of which there was a preponderance of arrivals, the only other arrivals being three Chinese steamers. It is also in teresting to note that all freight for ports beyond was divided between three British steamers.
