July and August, we suffered severely, while earnings for the last four months of the year were much below what we have been necustomed to in recent times. As was reported some time after the death of the late Mr. John Prentice; there was found amongst the effects of the deceased, dividend warrants which had never been eashed. Amongst these were warrants issued by the Shanghai Tug & Lighter Co., Ltd, amounting to Tls. 077.25, and at the annual general meeting of shareholders on Monday it was decided that the cerapany should pay out on them.
