There were three First League matches' on Saturday. The Navy defeated, the University, Craigengower suffered de feat at the hands of the Royal Artillery, and the Civil Service CC. beat the Chinese.
LEAGUE DIVISION L
UNIVERSITY e. ROYAL NAVY.
The Navy improved their position in the League by beating the University. Lieut. Halsry, for the Nasy, scored 114' before falling to a catch by Ng of Hett. Hi score included 23 fours and a five.

The Civil Service CC had an easy win against the Chinese, on the latter's ground The Chinese batted first and were dismissed for 79. For the winners, Lawrence made 82 (not out), which in- cluled fours and a six.
