On leaving for the North, our Pre- sident made a declaration that China should be re-united under a government based on a National Conference of the People. This aroused much enmity on the part of the imperialistic clique, as such a policy would seriously affect their oppression and agression on Chins. They have therefore tried to frustrate this scheme by inducing the military faction to become their tools, and the latter are, in turn, quite ready to seize much op portunity to strengthen their position under the pretence of Confederacy system

-We, the tribers of the Kuomintang," having on our shoulders the great duty, of National Salvation, should strive to effect the conquest of these militariste, in order to save our Party- from ruin, and to maintain, the welfare of the whole Chinese Nation."
