EDINBURGH, February 18th. Scotland made à good start in the inter- national contests for the season by de- festing Wales at Edinburgh, by 3 goals to 1. Wales last season were victorious over all three rival, nations, thereby gaining the so-called International Cham pionship. The weather was of the worst possible description.
