The treaty between Russia and Japa was sigued at 1.30 on the morning of January 21st. It consists of six dicen ments, namely, & convention of seven articles embodying the basic rules of Russo-Japanese relations; two protocols of five and nice articles respectively; declaration by M. Karukhan; a set of notes, an aunexed note and signature of the protocol.
