EARTHQUAKE RELIEF.
JAPANESE AND FOREIGN - DONATIONS:
The Earthquake Relief Bureau has pub lished detail in reference in donations in money and in goods in connection with the earthquake of September last. (6) The addition of an Article enabling the Company to have an Official Seal
and Local Registers in places outside the Colony.
