The Mails from the United Kingdom and Europe brought by the s.3. Japan on the 8th inst, and by the sa. Sicilia on the 8th inst., faoluded 24 bags, the contents of which were found to hare been badly damaged by water.
No information is to hand to account for the damage which is thought to hars boon doas before the mails reached Singapors.
