The Mails from the United Kingdom and Europe brought by the s.x. Jupas on the oth inst, and by the aa jails on the 8th inst, included 31 bags, the contents of which were found to have been badly damaged by water.
No information is to hand to sccount for the damage which is thought to have ...been done before the malls reached Singapore.
