DECISION.

PARIS, September 5th, The Conference of Ambassadors took formal note of Greece's readiness to vay reparations determined by the Conference and her proposal for a Commission of Eu- quiry three Powers represented on the delimitation commission. The Conference, recognising that the responsibility of States for political crimes in their territory is thy principle of internatonal law, will immedi ately consider details of the proposed quiry, This decision has bun communien t to the League of Nations.
