New Year's Day) by a ship scheduled to mil at or after 1.30 p.m., the G.P.O. remains open until 12 noon and the Kowloon Branch Office until 11 am. In the case of earlier Mailing the G.P.0. is open until about one hour, and the Kowloon Branch Office un- sil abous two hours, before the aniling time.
