For the summer holidays frocks of organdin, linen and voile abound. All the palest shades have been employed for these little dresses, which, for the most part, are self-trimmed with plenty of frills and long sash ends. Some are very low at the neck and bare at the

White linen or crêpe de Chine is de- lightful for a tennis frock, with a pleated skirt and a long straight and square jumper bodice plainly henstitched at every edge. Crêpe Moroccain in cream can also form FL dainty three-piece costume when allied with pale blue or vieux rose. the short sneque cont being lined with the colour that forms the bodies and long sleeves of the dress benrath.
Voile in every shade, from geranium to
russet brown to sky blue, can be obtained, so there is no tack of choice in regard to colour for summer dresses.
