I will be, remembered, saya the Siam Observer of September 15th, that two of the German ships seized by the Siame Wed Goverment, viz., the N. D. L Chiengmai, renamed Doen Sumud 1,080 tons," and the N. D. Kokichang, renamed Sri Samud, 1299 tons, were fent by Siam to the Italian Government. Both these steamers are not being returned. Tha Doen Samud arrived in harbour to-day and the dri Samid is expected here next week.
