LONDON, March 24th. In the House of Commons, replying to Mr. Archibald Hurd, Brigadier-General Seely said that the Dominions had been asked to appoint suitable officers for u liaison between their respective Govern. ments and the Air Ministry. Some of these officers had taken up duties, and were a channel for assisting in a compiele interchange of information and views.

Regarding aerial commerce and com- munications within the Empire, repre-. sentatives of the Dominions and India, in Paris, wore assisting the Air Section of the British Peace Delegation.
