The Postmaster General of Hongkong is prepared to receive from residents in the Colony and at the Treaty Ports in China, where there ara British Post Office Agencies, Books and Magazines for the use of the Tropy in Egypt. These should be made up in packets labelled-
"LITERATURE for TROOPS, EGYPT," and handed in at the counters of the Post Offices in the Colony and at the Ports.
They will be forwarded free of postage to the Egyptian Post Office for disposal.
Correspondence addressed to onemy subjects in Cans, Siam, Persia and Moroeco cannot be transmitted.
The Sarvices to Germany, Austria, Bulgaris and the Ottoman Empire are suspended
