The Parcel Post for the Canton Chinese Post Office i tills suspended.
The Tarrel Post Service to Italy, Tripoli, Benndir, Frithrea and Libya is temporarily suspended.
The Services to Germany, Austria and the Ottoman Empire are suspended.
SUITS LETTER BOXES.
1- It is Imre by notified that during the continuance of the War all outgoing corres pondence must be posted at the General Post Office or at any of its Branch Offices. 9.-Ships' Officers are strictly forbidden to receive on board their vessels any correspon
dence from the Public.
3.-Shipmasters are not allowed to place or expose on board their vessely letter boxes for the purpose of collecting correspondence: all such boxes found exposed on board their vessels will be removed and returned to the General Post Office. 4-Sipping Companies must not receive from the Public for inclusion in their ships Paja any but bona fide Consignces' letiers, which should be left open for inspection when required],
Shipping Companies should state in their notifications to the Post Office the exact bour of departure of their vessels in order that the public may have every facility for posting at the General Post Office.
4-Shipping Companies and Ships' Officers must sent to the Feat Office ALL corres pondence posted in the Ships Letter Boxes or received by Ship Officers at the ports from which they sailed, or anywhere en route to Hongkong.
