The ATTORNEY-GENERAL-1 think it will make any difference at all! to the prisoners. The arrangement will be that as far as possible Criminal Sessions will be held every month with the excep- tion of the two months in which the Full. Court is held, and I vagine that where it is feasible in any way the Full Court Session will be held in December and June, oro January and July. There will always be as far as possible, a six months' interval between the two sessions. I do not.

think it will make any difference to the prisoners awaiting trial. Under the present arrangements, when a prisoner is committed for trial in the mouth prior to the path when the Full Court is going to sit he might have to wait in prison six weeks or a little more before he is tried. Under the present: Ordinance, naturally. he would still have to wait this period hefore he is tried.
