NB-The word "Throughout" used in this Notico means that the Houses cliould be Lime- washed in respect of all the Wells of each Room, all Cubicles, Partitions, Stair Casings and Stair Linings, all Ceilings and the Under- sides of Roofs in Main Buildings, Offices and Servants' Quarters and inclusive of Verandahs.
