Simla, July 8. The current issue of the Gatelic of India publishes the details of the rovised rules for Indian military service pensions. These regu lations are designed to secure suitable provision for the widows and orphans of officers of the Indian Army, officers of the Indian Medical Service and chaplains on the Indian establish ment, not boing sabagribers to the late military and medical funds; also offers and engineers of the Royal Indian Maring and continuous ser ricos, Royal Artillery and Royal Engineer officers under the 1904 conditions of service who slect to subscribe,
