This parcel mail by the lone sea route via Coraltar is due in London ouON the 17th of T Quoemner. Pascals may be forwarded via Brindisi with an extra feo of 60 cents. Buck parts are due to reach Loudon with the Letter mail on the 9th December.
Therels containing any article of Gold or Silver must be insured for at least part of the vadam. All Insured parcels must be maled. All the seals on the pure must be of the same kind of wer and must bear distinct impressions of some private derico. This durice must be the Kan on ch seal Strait, Carved, Dotted or Crosse Kues are not admissable. Buttons or Coits must not be used for sling paruels.
The Clarks of the Post Office are strictly forbidden to seal parcels or to affix Declaration Porns or Stamps on Furouls or Letters for the Publie. Parcols that in the opinion of a Postal officer do not comply with the above regulations will not be accepted.
