having arrived, Consignees of Cargo are heroby informed that their Goods with the exception of Opium, Trensure and Valuables, are being landed and stored at their risk into the hazardous and/or extra hazardous Godewus of the Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company, Limited, Kowloon, and West Point Godowns, whence delivery may be obtained.

No Claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godownie, and all goods remaining undelivered after the 8th inst., will be subject to rent.

All broken, chafed and damaged Goods are to be left in the Gotowns, where they will be examined on the 8th inst., at 9.30 A.M.

All Claims must reach us before the 12th inst., or they will not be recognized;

Any person either for himself alone or for himself and others, may, either in person or by gest duly accredited in writing, on any dato prior to the said noon of the 1st October next submit to the said Secretary at Saudakan, any tender he may think it for all or any of the L'arrus, provided such tender is in conforanty with the terms of tendering hereinafter set out and fulie al the conditions required of the

Farmer.
