Parcels for the United Kingdom-VIA GIBRALTAR→posted up to 5 pm, on Friday, the lat November, are dos in London about the 7th of December, and those posted 'up to 5 pm, on Friday the 15th November, are due ir, London on the 21st Dreember.
With an additional fee of 60 cents, parcels may be forwarded via Brindisi and if posted before 5 p.m. on the 15th November, would accompany the letter mail, due in London on the 16th December.
Farcols intended for New Year's delivery should also be forwarded by the mail of the 15th Novemlez, as the text parcel mail of the 29th November is not due in London till the 4th January, 1908, unless they ara pisted to be forwarded overland VIA BRINDIST in which chee en additional fee of 50 cents must be paid, such parcels are due in Loadon about the 3 th December.
The rates of postage où ordinary parcels are as follows:-

The Delhi, with the English mail of the 6th September, left Singapore on Saturday, the Sept. at $. a., and may be expected here on or about to-morrow, the Erd instant.et am. This packet brings replies to lettere despatched from Hongkong on the 6th August, and the parcel mails closed in Lendes for despatch by the all sex rate on the 28th Aug, und for despatch overland on the 4th Sept.
